# Operations Review

An ops review is a periodic structured assessment: are operations healthy, where are the gaps, what to change. Without it, drift accumulates unnoticed until it's a crisis.

## Cover
- **KPIs vs target.** Where are we off-track and why.
- **Incidents since last review.** Patterns? Recurring root causes?
- **Capacity & workload.** Are teams sustainable, or running hot? Burnout is a leading indicator of attrition and errors.
- **Process & tooling gaps.** What's slowing people down? What's broken that everyone works around?
- **Risks.** What could go wrong next, and are we mitigating?

## Use
- Convert findings into a small set of actions with owners.
- A review without follow-through is theater; track the actions to closure.
