# Research Deliverable Checklist

Research deliverables (survey designs, interview guides, literature reviews) are graded on methodological rigor and bias mitigation. Run this checklist before submitting.

## Universal checks
- **Named addressee** if the brief implies one.
- **Word count** inside any band.
- **Labeled sections** using the brief's exact names.

## Survey design specific
- **State the research question AND a falsifiable hypothesis** (with predicted direction).
- **At least the required number of questions** (e.g. ≥6) — count them.
- **For EACH question**: state the question type (multiple choice, Likert, open-ended).
- **Avoid leading phrasing** — and state that you did.
- **Sampling/recruitment approach** — who, how many, how reached.
- **Bias mitigation** — address EACH of: leading-question bias, order effects (randomize option order), self-selection bias, social-desirability bias.
- **Analysis plan** — how responses will be coded/analyzed.

## Interview guide specific
- Open questions (not yes/no).
- Probe the past, not hypothetical future.
- One topic per question.

## Final pass
Re-read the brief; tick the hypothesis, the question count, each question's type, and EACH named bias. Missing one bias mitigation loses its dedicated point.
