# Ops Deliverable Checklist

Operations deliverables (transition plans, process docs, schedules, capacity analyses) are graded on literal coverage of required sections, recipients, dates, and thresholds. Run this checklist before submitting.

## Universal checks
- **Named addressee / recipient** if the brief implies one.
- **Word/page count** inside any band.
- **Labeled sections** using the brief's exact names.
- **Format** — if the brief asks for a table/schedule/matrix, produce that structure with exactly the required columns.

## Transition / handover plan specific
- Cover EVERY stakeholder/recipient the brief lists (each as a named recipient or section).
- State the transition timeline with specific dates/milestones.
- Identify risks and mitigations for each transition step.
- State the success criteria / acceptance for handover completion.
- Cover knowledge transfer (docs, training, access).

## Process / SOP specific
- Number every step.
- State the trigger, the actor, the action, and the verification for each step.
- Cover edge cases / exception handling explicitly.
- Define the metrics that signal the process is healthy.

## Capacity / schedule specific
- State the demand forecast and the capacity calculation showing the math.
- Identify the binding constraint.
- State the assumptions.

## Final pass
Re-read the brief; tick each literal requirement. Ops rubrics are long and literal — every named recipient, date, threshold, and column is a point.
